TERMS AND CONDITIONS: An automatic 3% processing fee will be added to all card transactions. Credit Cards are required to book for all appointments. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all services or 50% of service is charged. Groups of two or more require a 72 hour cancellation notice. No-show appointments are charged 85% of service total. Depending on the service amounts and/or the amount of time taken to perform said service a deposit of 50% may be required. Deposits are non-refundable. Service fees may apply. No refunds on services, service deposits, pre-paid packages, online purchases, discounted services and gift certificates. Prices on website may be subject to change without notice. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for any services or treatments. Parent or guardian must sign consent form.
