- MRSA/Staph 
-Hepatitis A,B,C, or D
-Pregnant and/or breastfeeding
-Taking blood thinners with Coumadin 
-Allergies to Iron 
- Allergies/Sensitivities to Lidocaine

CANNOT BOOK within time range: 
- Accutane w/ Acne Treatment= 1 year off 
- Botox= NOT 14 days before NOT 14 days after
-Cancer= 1 year clear & Doctor's Note
-Chemotherapy/Radiation= 1 year off  & Doctor's Note
- Retin-A = 10 days off
